-Cancelation/Reschedule- I completely understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancelations or rescheduling. Failure to provide an adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Cancelation fees can be paid through the app, over the phone, or in person before booking a new appointment. For an appointment canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a cancelation fee of 25% of the the total booked service will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved for the service as well as the impact on scheduling. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment, have until closing the day before their appointment, to avoid a cancelation fee. 

- Running Late & No Shows -

- No show- A no-show occurs when a client fails to appear 15-min after their appointment start time and without providing any prior notice. I completely understand that circumstances do arise that may cause you to miss your appointment without prior communication. However, after 3 no-show appointments, clients may be required to prepay for future appointments. No-shows may be subject to payment of 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Privacy & Comfort Go Hand in Hand - 

Client privacy and comfortability is a top priority at the studio. To keep this to the highest standard and to help clients fully relax, guests other than the client, if accompanying are asked to sit in the waiting areas of the building for the duration of treatment. Unless stated by the provider, all service sessions are expected to be 1 on 1.
